Milesight's CT310 is a self-powered LoRaWAN Smart Current Sensor for the monitoring of energy usage in a 3-phase electrical circuit. The CT310 works on circuits carrying up to 1000A - providing current consumption data though periodic and threshold (min/max) triggered messages.
CT310 can be easily installed next to an existing meter, and in distribution boards by a qualified electrician. CT310 can be widely used for energy motoring in domestic, commercial and industrial settings, as well as for machine run time and failure detection.
CT310 is battery-free as it's parasitically powered from the current passing through the cables being measured. This removes any need for ongoing maintenance.
The three current clamps provided are large enough to accommodate up to 51mm diameter cables, and feature a 1m cables back to the sensor itself for installation flexibility. The sensor antenna connects via a standard SMA connector - we can also supply external antennae to aid installations inside steel cabinets.
